2023 Flotilla Commander
15-1 Flotilla Commander William Cummings came to Crystal River Flotilla in 2021. Bill joined the Auxiliary in 2002 and has served as District Captain, District Staff Officer, Division Commander, and Flotilla Commander.
Bill is an Instructor, Program Visitor, Vessel Examiner, Culinary Assistant, and Culinary Assistant Instructor.
